Scope of Services. Through this Site, Cottonwood Solutions markets and arranges Window Cleaning, Soft Washing, Pressure Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Snow Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Cottonwood Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Cottonwood Solutions may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Cottonwood Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cottonwood Solutions's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Cottonwood Solutions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
